The EAUX team are looking forward to the fifth annual Bury St Edmunds Food and Drink Festival on the August Bank Holiday weekend. Once again sharing the culinary treats of East Anglia with anyone and everyone looking for a weekend of food festival fun, there’s plenty for all the family to enjoy at this event.
Across the August Bank Holiday Sunday and Monday, the festival will be providing a variety of events to get your mouth watering, including a Farmer’s Market and a plethora of cookery demonstrations. Celebrity chefs have been confirmed as James Tanner, resident chef on ITV’s Lorraine, and Galton Blackiston of Michelin-starred Morston Hall in North Norfolk. In addition, there’ll be street entertainment and children’s entertainment, including an urban beach in the town.
A selection of local restaurants and cafes will be featuring in the demonstration kitchen, in addition to a couple of celebrity chefs. Top chefs will be giving cookery demonstrations on each day and there will be plenty of entertainment for all the family.
