Now under new management, Caffè Basso in Tackett Street, Ipswich, is a family-run business with Italian roots.

Serving a range of delicious hot and cold drinks, as well as a selection of Italian and English food, we can’t get enough of these chocolate croissants in the EAUX office!

Licenced to serve alcohol and a range of Italian lager and spirits such as Peroni, Aperol and Limoncello, popping in for a treat at lunchtime during a shopping trip is more than a bit appealing.

With a warm and friendly atmosphere, the new managers are keen to continue the values of personal service. Breakfast is served from 7am, ideal for a stop off on your way to work for a breakfast roll with sausage, bacon, hash brown and fried egg or freshly baked pastry.

Able to pop in for a coffee, breakfast, lunch or brunch, the Caffè will be open 7am-5pm Monday to Saturday and 10am-3pm on Sundays.
