Businesses and individuals can now get every type of commercial and domestic property finance under one roof at the new Independent Finance Centre that opened on Princes Street in Ipswich on 8th July.

A team of specialists covering all areas of property-related lending has been brought together out of the partnership of Commercial Finance Brokers UK (CFBUK) and Jigsaw Money Management at a new joint office on Princes Street, Ipswich. Both companies are whole of market brokers, meaning that they are not tied to a single lender or restricted to a specific panel of lenders. They have the freedom and expertise to scan the entire market to find a choice of suitable finance for every type of potential buyer.

The Independent Finance Centre had a launch party on 8th July to celebrate the opening of the new Princes Street office with clients, celebrities, friends and peers. The guest list included the Mayor of Ipswich, Cllr Glen Chisholm, TV presenter Jeff Brazier who has been a client of Jigsaw Money Management for three years, as well as Dancing on Ice judge Nicky Slater who is keen to show his support for his friend and CFBUK co-founder Karl Mallett.

Ralph Black, CEO of Commercial Finance Brokers UK, explained: “With experienced residential mortgage and commercial finance experts in one place the Independent Finance Centre provides those looking to buy property a place where they go to find their finance options for any and every property-related situation. So, for buy-to-let, property development, investment, upgrading to a larger family home or buying instead of renting business premises, within the team there is the knowledge and expertise to enable us to help.”

Mark Horsfall, CEO of Jigsaw Money Management, added: “We want to demystify the property market by offering a reliable, helpful service to anyone needing a mortgage or commercial finance. So often the customer doesn’t know what sort of mortgage finance they need, or even what type of broker to approach, so by having independent expertise on every type of mortgage available under one roof all they need to know is our address and we’ll help with the rest…. It’s Wolsey House, 16-18 Princes Street, Ipswich.”
