Lindacre Ipswich stand apart for customer service, delivering Land Rover solutions

Lindacre has won many awards since its opening in 1994 on Norwich Road in Ipswich. These awards have been for both sales and aftersales and the team are particularly proud that the business has previously reached number one, both nationally and regionally, in the Customer Loyalty Programme (CLP) as voted for by customers.

Lindacre Ipswich has recently expanded into its new premises on Olympus Close, providing a range of services including the Land Rover Service Centre, Lindacre 4×4 Sales Centre and the Lindacre 4×4 Tyre Centre, supporting the many Land Rover owners in the local area. Still working as a single entity, the expansion means Lindacre can provide a wider variety of services to Land Rover owners throughout Suffolk and the surrounding areas. Lindacre now boasts a regular client base of more than 4,000 customers.

The Service Centre provides customers with a Land Rover authorised and registered service centre in a key location, to provide manufacturer servicing and repairs along with genuine parts and accessories. Most importantly, Lindacre can issue the official Land Rover stamp in the log book registration to the online service history records, including warranty, service action and recall work.

Since Lindacre moved to Olympus Close, They have invested greatly in the latest technology, with the new workshop being fitted with the latest equipment including built-in Dura cabinets to each of the eight work bays which each include oils, water and air delivery. Eight new two-post rotary lifts, designed for larger 4×4 vehicles have been installed along with a wider bay which has been created to accommodate the new Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEV).

A second area is dedicated to tyres, wheel alignment and steering geometry plus there are now two dedicated air conditioning fault diagnosis and refrigerant replacement stations, to allow servicing of air conditioning systems. Lindacre only use Castrol oil and lubricant products as recommended by Land Rover and originally supplied at the production stage.

All staff are trained to the highest standards, with each technical team member attending a minimum of two residential courses a year at the Jaguar Land Rover Academy as well as many online courses throughout the year so you can rest assured that your Land Rover is in safe hands.
